End

Now my project comes to an end and I had already no time and no desire to work on.
So I want to sell the whole scooter with much original parts.

My cylinder was already at Hans (SA)/ TurboTuning and it got now better timings for the exhaust.
Now I post some pictures of the ready scoot.

Here are the links to the pictures:

News, News, News

Sorry, that you have to wait for a so long time. But now it's time for an update. I'll do it chronological.

- At first it was time to build everything together. So in a day the crankshaft and cylinder was mounted.

- Then I made an exhaustbracket and an ignitioncover. Here are some pictures of these parts:

- After this, came my package with some parts. And then it was time for a first run with the new exhaust. But my gear was at the moment not ready, so I only mounted the beltdisc, and this was the problem at the end. The toothing of the beltdisc died.
Here is the video of the running motor:

And here is the picture of the Beltdisc:

- So I had to mount my old Beltdisc, and then I mounted my Malossi Gear and it runs very well. :)

- After this it was time to go to Saarbrücken for the first DSSC run.
But there it happend something worse to me. I wanted to warm up my motor, but suddenly the motor goes slowly out and it was water on the street. At first I thought it was a pistoneater. So for this day I diden't have a motivation for screwing on.
At home I noticed that a nut on the cylinderhat was left and the water flows out of the hatgasket.
Then I demounted the cylinder and saw that the inner hatgasket was burnt and on the cylinderbore were some  bubbles, but not there were the pistonring is working.
Some Pictures of the day and accident:

- And now, at the moment, my cylinder, cylinderhat, membraneblock, intake and flansh is in Saarbrücken at Hans (Turbo-Tuning). He will make my cylinder faster. :D

So I hope my english is ok to read. :)

Got a new exhaust :)

Yesterday came my new Roost RS5 (Sprint type) exhaust and my new Motoforce electric waterpump.
So, I mounted yesterday evening my new exhaust, and here are some pictures:

Now I have to build a bracket for the exhaust and then I need an adapter for my waterpump, because the connections of the waterpump don't match with the hoses.

If you got some questions, ask me. I try to answer as soon as possible. ;)
