Got a new exhaust :)

Yesterday came my new Roost RS5 (Sprint type) exhaust and my new Motoforce electric waterpump.
So, I mounted yesterday evening my new exhaust, and here are some pictures:

Now I have to build a bracket for the exhaust and then I need an adapter for my waterpump, because the connections of the waterpump don't match with the hoses.

If you got some questions, ask me. I try to answer as soon as possible. ;)

inlernal rotor ignition

Now I got an inlernal rotor ignition from a piaggio engine. It's an Italkit Racing inlernal rotor ignition. I only had to  work at the base plate. Now there is nearly no material, but it works now. :)
The setting is:
The piston at the top dead center. The arrow in clockwise. Then the green mark must match with the mark at the stator. At last you have to turn the stator 18° against the clockwise, so your ignition will ignite 18° bevor the top dead center and it's perfect. :)
Here is a picture of it. (It's not the right setting on the picture)

New order

On sunday I ordered some new parts for my Jet force inter alia a new Stage6 CNC Race drive, Tomaselli quick action throttle, main jets for my PWK 28mm, Hebo membrane block modell 2008, Malossi X-Special drive belt. So I hope these parts are tomorrow at my home, so the tuning can go on. :)
Maybe this weekend we could go on a Iveco testterrain, but before I should take off my speedo shaft and fix my break line at the front, because it blocks a little bit the steering.
So, now I go to bed because tomorrow I have a verbal test in english and physics... I want a A in physics, but it isn't possible, so I'll show theese teachers that I'm the opposite of stupid, leastways in physics...

So good night @ all. ;)

It's running. :)
It's the first time I ride this beast, but the weather wasn't really good to go fast, so a little bit water came into the airfilter. :(

The Aerox is from a really good friend. ;)
